Dave brings a uniquely deep and multi-faceted background to his coaching and consulting work. He draws on 36 years of senior-level program and project leadership experience spanning strategic planning, organizational development, risk and quality management, contract strategy and implementation, systems engineering, design and construction management, operations, and sustainability. This wealth of experience enables Dave to add significant value to clients with diverse needs.
Nick Mauer
Strategic Leadership | Academic Coach
Nick brings substantial cross-cultural experience to his coaching, having lived in Asia and Europe and having traveled in well over a dozen countries. He has worked in the US and abroad with multiple organizations, coordinating and facilitating projects that benefited communities and underserved/at-risk populations. Nick also heads up ThriveTribe’s Academic Coaching program. In this role, Nick brings broad experience equipping university and graduate students to flourish
Joseph Woodfin is an accomplished leadership development professional, project manager, and ICF-certified executive coach with over 12 years of experience driving measurable performance improvements across mission-driven and corporate environments. He specializes in designing and delivering scalable leadership programs, executive coaching, and team development solutions that generate tangible outcomes.
