Vince enlisted in the Army at age 18 and served around the world, working his way up Private to Sergeant. He exited the Army after 8 years to pursue his academic career. Vince was accepted into Veterinary School at Oklahoma State University, where he graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and was quickly recruited back in the Army as a Captain. Vince designed and built the first Veterinary clinic on Redstone Arsenal and achieved the Army’s first American Animal Hospital Association accreditation. While stationed overseas in Turkey he was recognized as having the number 1 clinic in the Army at that time. Upon returning to the United States he earned his Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) and went on to study for 6 years afterward to become board certified in Lab Animal medicine (DACLAM). Vince has managed personnel, equipment, and research projects at: Walter Reed (WRAIR), Army’s infectious disease lab (USAMRIID), and the DOW’s medical school (USUHS).
Today, as a Serial Entrepreneur and Business Coach, Vince translates these high-stakes experiences into the language of business growth. Since retiring from the Military in 2016, Vince has built two Veterinary clinics he owns and operates. He is very familiar with building a business from the ground up and the many moving parts that can become overwhelming.
Vince is a wealth of wisdom and knowledge honed from many years of work and study. He has managed to balance work and family with a successful profession.
