Dr. Kevin Oberlin:
Principal Coach & Advisor

Dr. Kevin Oberlin advises founders, CEOs, and senior leaders on complex decisions during periods of growth, transition, and institutional change. His work focuses on decision quality where strategy, systems, and long-term consequences intersect.

Kevin’s background includes corporate governance, global leadership, and higher education administration. Early in his career, he supported the Vice Chair of a Fortune 500 board, gaining direct insight into governance dynamics and executive decision-making at scale. He later advised multinational leaders on cross-cultural dexterity and held senior positions in higher education.

Shaped by work across more than thirty countries, doctoral training in intercultural studies, and advanced behavioral assessment, Kevin brings a systems-level perspective to challenges that cannot be resolved through execution alone.

He works with leaders through a small number of advisory engagements, typically during periods of heightened complexity.
