He later served as a cultural consultant for multinational executives before entering executive leadership in higher education as a Provost and Dean. Through this unique trajectory, Kevin has spent his career managing the tension between stability and change, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground human dynamics.

Today, with experience spanning sixty countries, a Doctorate in Intercultural Studies, and certification as a Birkman Professional, Kevin provides the data, roadmap, and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) needed to build resilient, world-class leaders and teams.
